I want to be myself, be aware of my talents and skills acquired (characteristics and experiences) once again and use them successfully
I know my problems which is a suitable key for my development
I place myself in my situation, acknowledge my challenge and set them with enthusiasm

LC-success cycle is accompanied by workshops and telephone coaching and support with special tools provided.

The LC-success cycle is divided into 4 phases according to the seasons

LC Winter (Reflection)
LC Spring (The seeding)
LC summer (growth)
LC autumn (the harvest)

LC-spiral of success is simply the periodic (annual) repeating the success of LC-cycle with the introduction of new learning gains.
