It offers strategies to discharge yourself from professional or personal stress.

According to the motto 'learning by doing' you learn on the one side the theoretical background of stress, but on the other side what is more important how to integrate counter activities into your life.

This will happen with the help of:
Stress test
Relaxation exercises
progressive muscle relaxation
Breath exercises
Energy exercises
Phantasy journeys
Meditations

Objectives
Recognize hidden sources of stress.
Know the theoretical background of stress.
Localize stress within the body.
Decide for activities to reduce stress.
Be able to stop stress that is caused by negative thinking.
Change habits and behaviours that create stress.
Be able to apply balance and energy exercises for office environment.
Be able to relax the body via active meditation.
Be able to identify symbols of stress and balance.
Be aware of your inner needs.
Solve unconscious constraints.
Recognize conflicts early and solve them.
