Background
The current financial crisis is not only effecting business results it also effects the motivation of employees. To avoid a downward spiral it is necessary to motivate people to master the current challenges and take advantage of the new opportunities.

Part 1
- Energize and motivate sales force by being more proactive
- Understand the current business megatrends and opportunities
- Accepting the current reality and taking a stand
- Stop worrying about things they cant do anything about and refocusing the energy on their circle of influence
