Course overview
In this 3 days course you receive the knowledge and ability to train others.

It enables experts in companies to be more able to hand over their knowledge to others.
Participants are learning to design and execute trainings.

Objectives

• Knowing how the human brain is working and transfer this knowledge into training design
• Understand the purpose of a training
• Be able to design targets for a training
• Be able to design a Flow Chart of a training
• Understand the role of the body, voice and contents.
• Be able to present in front of a group
• Be able to administrate and coordinate a training
