Professional Background
Peter started his professional career at SKF, a global manufacturing and service company, as a mechanical engineer teaching quality techniques and running continuous improvement projects. With the implementation of Total Quality Management in SKF he switched to a position as a full time trainer and organizational development for Group HR & Sustainability.
Peter’s experience in training is truly global: in more than 15 years he facilitated workshops for over 3.000 participants from all continents of the world and from about 60 different countries (i.e. UAE, Iran, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, China, Philippines). International management, sustainability and personal effectiveness have been his core training areas.
After leaving SKF, Peter started his own business and works as an associate for Brands & Values offering sustainability awareness trainings.

His experience in sustainability include various facilitation assignments for German cities in the Agenda21 process. Corporate roll out of sustainability awareness trainings at SKF and Munich Airport. Sustainability lectures for various organizations and sustainability conferences.
